The Information Centre provides a wide range of services, including:
- Rail tickets and railcards – advance sales, best journey options, on-the-day tickets, season tickets and railcards.
- Coaching holidays – agents for Owen’s Travelmaster and National Express bookings.
- Ordnance Survey maps – including location plans and site maps.
- Leaflets and brochures – free information on attractions and events, both local and national.
- Local information – expert advice, walking books, guide books, explorer maps and local history publications.
